What it Takes to be a Licensed Esthetician and Why This is so Important to Your Skin Care
The Ohio State Board of Cosmetology requires every on site manager for every salon or day spa to go to school and study esthetics. A total of 750 hours is required and then the manager needs to sit for a written and hands-on exam.
Maria Suciu is both a licensed esthetician and manager and has successfully passed Ohio's tests and has had her license since 2005.
Every two years Maria is required by the State Board of Cosmetology to participate in 8 hours of continuing education classes in order to renew her license.
In November 2009, Maria successfully completed training for microdermabrasion.
Maria is the owner of Callatis Spa located in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio. Learn more about the organization and owner Maria Suciu by visiting our website and social media platforms: Facebook, Google+, and Twitter.
